Flagg Street School 

The school is situated on ten acres of grassy yard and woods.  The original building, constructed on the site of the old Flagg farm, was built in 1953 with an addition built in the 1960's.  It was designed by the architectual firm of Walter Gropius.  Flagg Street School is a neighborhood school whose population of about 500 represents families from many walks of life, cultural and ethnic backgrounds, creating a wonderful mix of experiences and ideas.

It is a school where children are safe, where a positive learning environment offers a healthy balance between basic skills and creativity, where you'll find computers in every classroom and students who consistently perform above the national average on standardized tests.
